Product Description

EAST TO WEST is the band's sophomore release and is sure to silence any disbelievers. The album shows an incredible growth from STAND YOUR GROUND and has already caught the attention of kids out on the road who have heard it live! Part of the formula for the new record was the addition of their new drummer Jake. 'He has really helped us tap into the dynamics we were looking for from the beginning,' says Johnny. Also, the experience from the road has given the band a new perspective on their songwriting and has strengthened their friendship and their passion for what they do.

They have also diversified their vocal approach by dividing up the vocal duties. 'We really like to switch off singing lead vocals, it adds a whole new dimension to our sound,' adds Alfredo. 'We really spent a lot of time with these songs before recording them.'

MADCAP also had the opportunity to road test a lot of the new songs as mentioned before. 'It has been great seeing and hearing kids react to the new material after only hearing it once' say`s Lee. 'These songs are road tested and solid, we are really proud of EAST TO WEST from beginning to end.'

If you're a fan of Rancid, Stiff Little Fingers, the Bouncing Souls and the Dropkick Murphy's you're gonna love EAST TO WEST.
